A two days trip in La Rioja seems to be reasonable enough to get to visit the best wineries in Rioja and to savor the best Rioja wines, apart from the fact that you have the chance to enjoy a bit the nightlife of its main towns.

Once you have decided where to stay, it is time to decide what to do during your two days trip to Rioja. We do suggest to follow our recommendations for a one day trip to Rioja but considering the following.
Take a map! So there you can mark the locations of the attractions you are keen on visiting and then, plan the itineraries for every day taking the locations into consideration. It is true that Rioja is not so big, but you better optimize your time driving from place to place.
